transmit, station on a trailer which is used to control UAVs. The station is both ground and air transportable.

The product required maximum accuracy and stability during operation while allowing flight transportation and thus keeping a low profile. The system had to comply with heavy loads, leveling on the ground, keeping dynamic stability while being dragged in rough conditions and generally complying with strict military design rules.

The product design made use of many production technologies, such as designing aluminum profile construction connected using military standard rivets, design of machined and sheet metal parts, design of heavy load welded steel construction and design of the hydraulic system. During the design stage we run static and dynamic analysis started in early stages of the design, to ensure our goal of first shot design.
